We guarantee the reliability of the products and services we provide. This is also reflected in our binding quality policy.

Our overarching quality-management system applies throughout the entire Ferrostaal Group and is defined in finer detail for the operational level in the individual divisions. Here we distinguish among management, core and support processes within the meaning of the applicable standard. Our management system is regularly certified by independent auditors pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Quality management is the direct responsibility of the Executive Board.

Continuous improvement

We take our responsibility seriously: At our company, planning, implementation, review and improvement are ensured within the scope of our company organisation.
Standstill is a step backwards. This is why all of our company's processes and procedures are subject to a continuous process of improvement, always having an uncompromising customer orientation in all business fields in view.

Regular internal and external audits are systematically planned and conducted with the aim of assessing the degree of implementation and fulfilment of the systems, as well as launching any necessary corrective or preventive measures.
